1. Service Booking and Deposit
To confirm your moving date, services, and receive a binding quote, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A 24-hour window is provided to secure your deposit, beyond which we reserve the right to modify or cancel the quote. For moves exceeding $2,000, a deposit of 10% of the total estimated cost is required. All payments should be made electronically using the secure link provided or via phone. We accept major credit cards.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service by notifying us at least one business day before the move to receive a full deposit refund. Changes or cancellations within less than one business day of the scheduled move will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Payment Terms
The balance of your moving cost is due one business day before the move. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of services. We accept payments via cash, bank checks, and major credit cards.
4. Additional Charges
Any extra items not listed in your initial inventory may incur additional charges. Special circumstances such as lack of parking or access issues may result in additional fees.
5. Insurance and Liability
Basic coverage is provided at no extra cost, offering $0.60 per pound per item for any damages or losses. You may opt for additional insurance through third-party providers to ensure full coverage of your belongings.
6. Responsibilities of the Customer
You or a designated representative must be present during the move. Ensure that all personal belongings are securely packed unless you've opted for our packing services. Special items requiring additional care or instructions should be discussed prior to the move day.
7. Storage Services
Storage services require payment via credit/debit card. Monthly fees are determined based on the size of your stored items and are not prorated.
8. Long Distance and Special Handling
Long-distance moves are subject to specific terms regarding timing, delivery, and potential additional costs. Items requiring special handling will be assessed and quoted accordingly.
9. Disputes and Claims
Any claims for damages or loss must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the move. We strive for amicable resolutions and will work diligently to address any concerns or claims.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill our services or comply with the law.
